It has entrance hall, kitchen fully equipped, spacious and well furnished living room including TV. 1 double bed bedroom and bathroom with shower. Connecting door with the adjacent apartment can be opened to accommodate larger families. Windows face South looking out on the Pisa plain and the Sea. Accommodates 2.

Three independent apartments are available at the first floor of the main building. Common entrance from the large terrace surrounding the building.

Kitchens of all appartments equipped with two electric hob, fridge freezer, tableware and kitchenware for 6.

Following facilities are available in the woodland surrounding the farmhouse to be used by our guests:

  • two BBQs, 1 wood oven and outside dining furniture to cook and take meals outdoor.
  • swings and other playground equipment for kids
  • 16m x 6m swimming pool (1,30m depth) featuring also a 20 cm depth section suitable for small kids

Swimming pool available from 15th June to 15th September.

Terms and conditions

  • Arrivals from 3:00pm to 7:00pm
  • Departures by 10:30am
  • Different arrival and departures times subject to prior arrangement
  • Bed linen and towel rental: 7,5€/person/load
  • Heating: 5€/day per apartment
  • Complimentary crib provided on demand
  • Prices include VAT, Tourist tax, electricity, water supply, use of the swimming pool and private parking
  • Only self-catering
